Slumber Sanctuary Experience

This package is designed for families who want to feel truly supported as they work on their little one’s sleep.
Families who have used the real-time support available on this journey are the ones that fast-track progress. I literally hold your hand, every step of the way.
We’ll begin with a 2-hour consultation (in-home or via phone/video) to understand your child and your family’s goals. From there, you’ll have 14 days of daily guidance, with replies provided during support hours (7am–7pm). I’ll walk alongside you through naps, bedtimes, and routines, and I’ll review any overnight wakes the next morning.
You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone, and together we’ll bring calm, confidence, and rest back to your family.

This package is for parents who want to take the lead but still have expert guidance.
The Guided Support package provides reassurance and oversight as you implement your child’s sleep plan. It begins with a 1-hour phone consultation to review your child’s routines and develop a tailored plan for your family.
Over the next 10 days, I’ll review your child’s sleep logs three times daily (Mon-Sat) - morning, afternoon, and evening - providing guidance, adjustments, and recommendations so you always know the next steps.
This package gives you the confidence of expert oversight while allowing you to lead the process and build your own routines.

This package is designed for new parents who want hands-on guidance and reassurance during those first weeks with a newborn.
In this 3-hour in-home consultation, we cover all the essentials - feeding, nappies, bathing, swaddling, sleep and settling routines, and what’s normal versus when to seek help - so you feel confident caring for your little one.

This package is for parents who need quick guidance, reassurance, or practical tips, the SOS Call gives you 60 minutes of one-on-one phone time to ask any questions about your child’s sleep, routines, or general care.
You’ll receive personalised advice and strategies to help you move forward with confidence- exactly when you need it.

Refresh & Support
$549 for phone (Australia wide/international) + $50 for in home (Gold Coast Families Only)
This package is designed to specifically revisit and adjust sleep strategies for children I have previously worked with.
Perfect if things were going well but have started to unravel (hello regressions, transitions and dropped nap chaos!), and you need a gentle reset
Whats included
1x 1 Hour phone consult or In-Home Visit to review your child’s current sleep and identify adjustments
Personalised sleep plan emailed after the consultation with clear next steps.
7 days of app support and replies to your questions over the 7 days during support hours:

Note: This package is available only for families seen within the last 3 months. If it’s been longer, a full consultation may be required as sleep often needs a complete plan overhaul. Need a little extra guidance as you keep implementing your sleep plan? The 7-Day Support Add-on gives you daily support for one week, with three check-ins each day - morning, afternoon, and evening, providing personalised guidance, feedback, and reassurance to help keep your plan on track.

7 days of oversight (Mon–Sat), with sleep logs reviewed twice daily (morning and evening).
Monday–Saturday:
