Fee and Payment
Consultation fees are payable online via Credit Card or Direct Debit, but funds must be cleared at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedule: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to book another available time.
Cancelations:
- With 48 hours or more notice – $50 fee applies.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice – 50% refund.

Acknowledgement & Waiver
The advice provided is for educational purposes to support your child’s sleep. You understand it’s your responsibility to follow the guidance and reach out if you need help. You release the Consultant and Slumber Sanctuary from any claims or liability related to the use of these services.
Termination
This agreement ends 14 days after your consultation. Any additional services purchased later follow the same terms.
